The one bedroom boasts a bed that can be easily converted from a queen size to two single beds. It also has sliding glass doors that open to the rear deck which overlooks a very private back yard.

Beyond the rear yard off the deck is very, very secluded. Beyond the tall Scrub Pine trees is a (dry) salt marsh that runs from Kalmus Beach to Nantucket Street and the Ocean Street dock.

There is a heavy vegetation behind and on the side that ensure privacy while using the back deck.

The cottage is approx. 640 square feet and has an open feeling as the ceilings are of a cathedral nature. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all open which adds to the spaciousness of its feel. The bath room is roomy with a over-head sky light.

Interior furnishings are not your a-typical cottage furniture, they include some antiques along with the local nautical pieces.
